Press SAVE. To change or add signature in Outlook on the web is practically the same as with Outlook When you are completely satisfied how your signature looks, you can save it and backup in Windows.

This is an excellent feature if you want to use the same signature on a different computer. Paste and modify code using your computer user name and hit Enter.
